Lichfield Cookery classes
Mums Spaghetti is now running classes in Lichfield, Staffordshire. These classes are perfect for first time expecting parents, parents wanting to gain more confidence in the kitchen or perhaps busy parents who would like some more ideas and help on how to incorporate homemade foods into the already hectic schedule of family life!

Class Details
A 3 hour class to help inspire confidence in the kitchen and learn about the types of tasty simple family foods you can prepare for your baby and young families. The class includes a light supper and take-away meals for baby, toddler or yourself.
- Our classes aim to help parents prepare simple, homemade and tasty meals for the whole family to enjoy, including baby.
- The classes are small and sociable and run in Sarah’s kitchen in Lichfield, so a great way to meet other mums and share experiences.
- We talk about getting your children into good eating habits, because - it’s never too soon for tasty food! However, always speak to your health visitor before you start weaning your baby and before you start introducing new foods to your baby’s diet.
The price for the 3 hour cookery class is £40. Please contact us to check availability and details on our introductory offers!

Mums & Babes Cafe Lounge
Come and join us for a relaxed and social playgroup where you can meet other mums & dads and enjoy teas, coffees, treats and a light lunch for you and your little one. It is held in Sarah’s home and kitchen, where she will be preparing lunch, so informal cookery demonstrations will be going on for those interested! Our Mums & Babes Cafe Lounge is perfect for those that want to learn more about our cookery classes before booking a class.
Mums & Babes Cafe Lounge Details
- 10.30 to 12pm and held fortnightly (schedule will vary during school holidays)
- Teas, coffees, squash for little ones, sweet treats and lunch
- Informal cookery demonstration whilst lunch is being prepared!
- Relaxed, social, welcoming and homely environment for parents/carers of babies and toddlers. Parents/carers must supervise their children at all times.
- Places are limited so pre-booking is required.
- Cost: £10 (1 parent & 1 child) for advance payments via Paypal. £1.50 per additional child.
- Or: £12 (1 parent & 1 child) on door. £2.00 per additional child.
